IBM Cognos BI Dynamic Cube Design v10.2 is a two-day, instructor-led course that is designed to provide participants with knowledge of how to model metadata for predictable reporting and analysis results using IBM Cognos Cube Designer and related tools. Participants will learn the scope and importance of the metadata modeling process, from project creation, to publishing dynamic cubes and enabling end users to easily author reports and analyze data.

In this training, we are going to focus on the modeling, publication, and administration of IBM Cognos Dynamic Cubes. The tasks involved will cross the boundaries of several IBM Cognos roles, including Database Administrator, Data Modeler, Business Analyst, and Cognos Administrator. The primary focus will be on modeling and publishing, however, other functions will overlap and complement the primary tasks.

Intended Audience

The intended audience for this course includes Data Modelers and Administrators who will be involved in the design, publication, and deployment of dynamic cubes that are used to develop applications in the IBM Cognos reporting environment.
