As a member of the company’s management team, Eliza provides leadership over corporate marketing and sales operations, being responsible for all marketing programs, brand awareness, product marketing, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and the IBM and VAD partnerships.
In this capacity, Eliza is contributing to DataClarity’s growth by aligning marketing initiatives and sales operations to the company strategy. She is involved in developing marketing plans and go-to-market programs, as well as leading marketing teams and overseeing the execution of plans and activities to ensure achievement of company goals. Eliza also manages all IBM Sales Programs and Incentives, and the IBM and VAD partnerships including all leads, opportunities, quotes, and sales orders. She began her career as legal advisor in a law firm representing and advising private companies in the areas of bankruptcy, debt recovery, mergers and acquisitions, general business planning, and business incorporation. Eliza also served as an R&D Expert for the Romanian National Institute of Statistics where she worked directly with the European Commission of Statistics, being responsible for the harmonization of the national statistical methodology with the international standards. In 2011, she joined DataClarity, and has been instrumental in building DataClarity’s marketing pillars. In 2013, she was awarded IBM’s Marketing Idol Award, which recognizes top performers in the field of marketing IBM products. In 2015, under Eliza’s leadership, DataClarity was awarded IBM Choice Award for Top Business Partner in Marketing Excellence – North America. Eliza is a member of the exclusive IBM North American Business Partner Marketing Advisory Council, which is limited to only 26 IBM Business Partners in Canada and the US.
Eliza’s holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the National School of Political Science and Public Administration.
